Just unzip into your TERAFORM\NATIONAL directory. The Teraform
subdirectory is located in the same directory as MCM.EXE.

This National started out as a StepUp2 SX track. I converted it using
ASCEdit Ver 2.0 and MakeTexture. I then used Paint Shop Pro 5.0,
POVRay, and MCMSplineEdit to complete it.

As a National it shows how I visualized it as I was making it in the
SX environment. This track is one that made me want to create the
tools that I have created. I know that I could not do this track
justice in the SX environment nor could I create it from scratch
in the National environment.

I have several people testing ASCEdit Ver 2.0. It does not make the
process of making Nationals easy. It makes it easier. To make a
quality National you still need to spend a good deal of time painting,
rendering, and testing. I know for a fact that Ironman MX Park and
AMA_Pop's/AMA_Kip66's StepUp2 Go'n National took a considerable amount
of time and effort to create them. Probably even more than if they
were done from scratch.

The benefit that I see from this type of National development is that
you take the time to design the SX track. You get to ride it and tune
it to your liking. You get to see where you wish you could make
changes to it, and you can plan for what you will do to it with a
paint program.

You can then convert it to a displacement map and texture that you can
modify. You are now in the National creation mode and you need all
the same knowledge that you would if you were creating it from scratch.
The difference is you are starting out with a very rideable track that
you are improving, rather than a black screen with nothing on it.

Thanks to people like Throughput that process has been simplified by
his MCM.POV file that lets you use POVRay instead of 3D Studio and his
MCMSplineEdit which lets you create splines without using 3DStudio.
Thus eliminating the need for 3D Studio to create excellent Nationals.

So if you can follow instructions, use the air brush, and use the blur
commands, then you can create Nationals.

Your only limited by your imagination.

I hope you enjoy this track and the ones that follow.

The National tracks that I have released so far are:

JoyOfSX
A proof of concept raw conversion. Done this way on purpose
so that it was possible to ride the same track in the
	  SX environment and National environment.

Ironman MX Park
An SX track created by AMA_Pop. Fashioned after the track
that he and his son ride on in Warrior, Alabama.
I converted this track to a National to show how realistic
an SX track converted to a National could be. Many of the
current Nationals have jumps that are way out of proportion
to the bike. The goal of this track was realism.

Baatk's Backyard
A technical track, good for practice and racing. When
racing this track should have a high passing factor. It's
easy to make a mistake, but they don't usually cost you a
	  lot of time.

This track show's how you can visually enhance an SX track
without changing the actual racing surface too much. The
biggest changes are subtle. The deteriorated whoops, one
triple that the last jump was turned into a rock, some
bumps are added to the terrain in different places to slow
the National 250 down, some path's for water were added,
and 5 of the straights were slightly widened.

The Stunt tracks that I have released so far are:

StuntSX - A proof of concept raw conversion using a modified plugin.
This track was designed for SX riders that want to get
points for doing stunts and was not designed for quarry
riders. The idea behind this track is to jump frequently
doing several stunts to get points and not to get big jumps
	  and hold a trick for 10-15 seconds. I believe it's a lot
of fun to ride bar to bar with others trying to out do them.

I plan on doing more when I start to do more work on
	  the plugin called StepUp2Stunt.
